The TH-1100-LM KIT is supplied as kit form to be mounted on the customer's tractor.
Standard mounting fit Ford 6640/6610 2WD or 4WD. Other tractors makes in the same category range can be considered - please inquire with our sales or engineering department.

5. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM:

Three independent hydraulic circuits monitored through pressure gauges to each circuit. All circuits receive hydraulic power from external pumps driven from the P.T.O. shaft and step up gearbox.

A. Control circuit to adjust:

1. Tower height.

2. Cutting star position - hedging to topping.

3. Engine hood - open or closed.

B. Star rotation speed (variable displacement).

C. Saw rotation.

6. OPERATOR CAB:

Large operator cab to allow operator standing head room and easy access. Controls at the operators cab:

A. Control switches for height, hedging to topping, engine hood position.

B. Control switch for star rotation.

C. Control lever for adjusting the star rotation speed.

D. Control switch for saw rotation.

All control switches, pressure and temp. gauges are in front of the operator's seat on one main control panel, giving the operator the best control and operating conditions.

7. HYDRAULIC OIL TANK:

External oil mounted on machine's frame including:

A. Suction filter - replaceable element type.

B. Return filter - replaceable element type.

C. High pressure filter for variable displacement pump.

D. Oil level and temperature gauge.

8. ENGINE HOOD:

Heavy duty engine cover hydraulically lifted from the operator control panel.
Emergency lift up is by manual hydraulic pump.

9. TRACTOR ENGINE AIR CLEANER:

Engine air intake filter mounted at rear of machine for cleaner air and easy servicing.

10. BRUSH GUARD:

Wide brush guard along the length of tractor parts.

11. SAFETY:

In design, components selection, and manufacturing, as well as in the servicing and operating instructions, much thought has been given to providing a machine with high productivity, low maintenance, long life, and above all operator safety. Operator cab construction, cab back access, saw assembly design, shields, large fire extinguisher and its location are all designed for operator safety.

12. FINISH:

a. Machine parts are sand blasted, primer and finish paint.

b. Machine bolts grade 5 zinc plated.

c. Machine is complete, test run, adjusted and ready for use. (some parts are disassembled for packing).

13. PACKING:

One machine in 20’ container.
